Email support@elementsgalaxy.com with your order ID or the email address used at checkout. Refunds are processed by Freemius, our payment processor and merchant of record, and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Custom development work, one-off support requests unrelated to a plugin defect, and license renewals that have already been used to receive updates for a full term are handled case by case.
